How do I make sure that my unit will not be used by your staff while it’s vacant?
The security personnel of condominium buildings always require the logging in and out of persons coming in and out who are not tenants. We also have our own standing order for our staff to observe this standard procedure of logging

Yes, of course. We only request that afterwards, it be returned to its clean and presentable condition so that it will be ready for viewings immediately after your use. You can also just let us know if you cannot arrange

Why do you require a copy of the Title or Deed of Sale?
For security verification purposes, we require a copy of the Certificate of Title, or the Deed of Sale, or at least the Contract-to-Sell. Without at least one of these documents, there’s no practical way for us to be sure that
