How do I make sure that my unit will not be used by your staff while it’s vacant?

The security personnel of condominium buildings always require the logging in and out of persons coming in and out who are not tenants.

We also have our own standing order for our staff to observe this standard procedure of logging in and out whenever they access the properties we manage. If you have a reason to believe that your property is being used for unauthorized purposes, you can check with your building’s security logs.

We have our own policy in place for monitoring the activities of our personnel and for dealing with unauthorized actions. You can also let us know anytime if you think there has been unauthorized activities by our staff. We will deal with it accordingly; upholding the purpose of our contract is of utmost importance to us.
