I only have a Contract to Sell (CTS). Can I still sell my property?
Having only the CTS means the property is not yet really sold to you; you just have the exclusive right to buy it, but the sale is not yet complete. What this means for you is you cannot really sell
I’m currently based overseas. Do I need to go to the Philippines to execute any contracts?
This is not a requirement at all. There will just be an additional step when executing the main documents for the sale – after signing them, you will have to get them authenticated by the Philippine consul before sending them
