How soon can I expect my unit to be tenanted?

This will depend on several factors. For one, whether or not you agree with our recommended rental rate from our rental survey report. Other things that will matter, include the furniture you provide in your unit, the location of the property, and the inclusions, like a parking space.

However, in our past experience, it usually takes anywhere between less than 1 month to 3 months if our recommendations are taken. (See this question for additional details)
