What is the coverage of your housekeeping?

Our housekeeping services covers the cleaning of the whole unit – bedrooms, balcony, living room, kitchen/dining, toilet & bath, changing of bed sheets, fresh towels, etc., Basically, this is to have the unit ready for the next renter.

The expenses for the laundries are charged to the rental proceeds. And the cleaning service fees are charged to the guests, already included in their booking fee.

But all these necessary expenses for the guests are already taken into consideration when we submit a recommendation for the rental rate in our rental survey report.
