How do I verify that you are a real, legitimate company?

You are here:

To verify the legitimacy of any business entity, the appropriate government authority to ask depends on what type of entity the business is.

For corporations and partnerships, they are regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). For sole proprietorships, they are regulated by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). While for cooperatives, they are regulated by the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA).

In our case, since we are a corporation, we are registered with the SEC. So, if you’d like to verify our registration and other public records, you may check with the SEC. For your convenience, they even provide online services on their website, for verification of company registrations.

For your added convenience, you may refer to our SEC certificate of registration below, for our initial details which you may need when you check with the SEC.
