How do you collect the rent?

In most cases, we only deposit the post-dated checks issued by the lessee/tenant at the start of their lease.

For some who prefer to pay with their credit cards, their rent is automatically charged to their credit card on their due dates.

And for those who opted to pay in cash, we require them to deposit their payments into any of our bank accounts, whichever is most convenient for them. They can then just send us the deposit slip for verification. In some cases, we also send our staff to collect rental payments in person.
