To get started, we only need at least the following:

  1. General cleaning – P50/sqm floor area
  2. Photo-taking (rectangular photos) – P2,500
  3. Budget for listings/ad costs for the first month (P1,000)

The rest of the items mentioned on [this page] are optional to you; and in the case of the physical signage/tarpaulin banner, local community or subdivision rules may not make this an option even if you would like to have it.
