What if I can’t provide post-dated checks?

If you can’t provide post-dated checks to cover your monthly rentals, we require an additional security deposit equivalent to 1 month’s rent. Your total security deposit will then be equivalent to 3 months’ rent. In addition, we also require at least one of the following documents:

• Employment certificate
• Pay slips in the last 3 months
• ITR, if self-employed/business owner
• Audited FS, if self-employed/business owner
