Do you have special requirements for foreigner tenants?

In addition to our standard requirements, we need the following for non-Filipino lessees:

1. For the ID requirement, we need a copy of the passport
2. A local/Filipino who can co-sign the lease; This person needs to be fully qualified to take the lease.
3. As an alternative if a co-lessee is not available, full payment of rent for the entire length of the lease.
