In our past projects, we never waited for a period as long as 6 months and did nothing. When we see that our marketing campaigns are not getting any response within a month, we usually communicate with the owner our observations and proposals on what to do – things like the comparable and competing listings and how we can make adjustments to our own offer price and terms so that we can be more attractive than the closest comparables.
