Job Description
Carry out the following tasks for PPE:
- Post and update our listings on several classified ads sites and on our own website. Make sure all ads are current and accurate.
- Answer preliminary inquiries from interested respondents to our ads.
- Coordinate with our licensed brokers on inquiries involving technical matters.
- Edit (enhance) photos and/or videos of properties for marketing.
- Promote social media presence – including but not limited to posting of updates on our FB page, interacting with followers and maintaining Twitter, LinkedIn and other social network accounts.
- Other marketing tasks as directed by us.

3 to 6 months probation period depending on the result of the performance.

6 days per week, flexible hours required per day depending on the specific target completion of projects or tasks.

REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years in college
- Has a desktop or laptop computer with at least windows 8 software or equivalent
- Proficient computer skills
- Sales & Marketing background is a plus (but not required)
- Excellent in both written and oral English
- Requires minimum supervision
- Flexible with time of work
- Reliable internet connection at home OR willing to relocate to our staff house (a 2-bedroom condo unit shared by 1-3 other staff in Pioneer Woodlands, Mandaluyong City)

Job Description
Carry out the following tasks for PPE:
- Record the daily transactions of PPE and its team members.
- Properly maintain books of accounts for BIR compliance.
- Properly encode VAT data from purchase receipts for BIR compliance.
- Prepare BIR returns and coordinate with our Finance Officer for final submission to BIR.
- Remit the taxes due to BIR on or before the different deadlines.
- Coordinate with our Finance Officer for the preparation of Annual Financial Statements.
- Other bookkeeping/accounting tasks as directed by superior.

Job Description

- Attend to booking inquiries for the properties we manage.
- Organize guests booking schedules.
- Facilitate guests’ check in and check out (for short term renters).
- Facilitate tenants’ move in and move out (for long term renters).
- Coordinate with the building administrators whenever necessary.
- Carry out general care, housekeeping and maintenance of the properties we manage.
- Oversee and/or facilitate repairs whenever necessary.
- Carry out or assist in general cleaning, preparation and staging of our newly-accepted properties for management.
- Other property management tasks that may be required by superior.
